This training is provocative, brain-teasing; thought-critiquing, and interactive. My training platform is influenced by DBT, Bio-psycho-social, and bio-social theories of psychology and is focused directly on dealing with dysfunctional patterns of issues. The overall goal is for Clinicians, Social Workers, Mental Health Practitioners, or anyone to have a better understanding and skills in helping people with challenging issues, clients can change their behaviors, emotions, thinking, and interpersonal associated with problems in living.

At CEABA, the purpose is to coach employees, Care(case) managers, Probation and parole officers, domestic family violence specialists, Mental Health clinicians, Child Safety Officers, Social Workers, and Counsellors within Mental Health, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), & anyone working in stressful environments. The coaching is provocative, brain-teasing; thought-critiquing, and promoting interpersonal effectiveness. We provide the skills you need to work with complex mental health individuals and people who struggle to quit drugs & alcohol to make changes to their negative behaviors. Again, the training is based on DBT, Bio-social, and Bio-psycho-social theories of psychology. The overall goal is to help people change their individual behaviors, emotions, thinking, and interpersonal associated with problems in living.

Social Mapping
Community mapping in social work is the production of information that assists people in finding resources for the growth of community-based services. This can show where other health, mental health, and social programs can be found or required to be implemented. As such, the community map would assist community leaders, and others in the social work field to fund, acquire or seek aid funding for identified services.
Natural Resource Mapping
Resource mapping focuses on what communities have to offer by identifying their assets and resources that can be used for building communities. The process acknowledges that individuals, organizations and local institutions all have the capacity to create real change in their area.
An organizational assessment is a systematic review of an organization's processes, work environment, and structures. It is a diagnostic process that focuses on the organization as a whole rather than on any individual.

I focus on the four leadership styles managers use autocratic, democratic, laissez-faire, and paternalistic, and each will be most effective depending on particular situations.
Management?
Management can be defined as a process of getting the work or the task done that is required for achieving the goals of an organisation in an efficient and effective manner. Process implies the functions of the management. That is, planning, organising, staffing, directing and controlling.
Organisational Development (OD) is the work of facilitating organisational success, by aligning structural, cultural and strategic realities of work to respond to the needs of an ever-evolving business climate. Organizational development is the implementation of practices, systems, and techniques that affect organizational change. The goal of which is to modify a group's/organization's performance and/or culture. The organizational changes are typically initiated by the group's stakeholders.
I aim to help cultivate, nurture, and growth is defined as the change in an organization's size when size is measured by the organization's membership or employment; development is defined as the change in an organization's age.
My aim is to bring in a science-backed effort focusing on improving an organization's capacity by aligning a number of processes and is related to but different from Human Resources Management. Entry, Diagnosis, Feedback, Solution and Evaluation.
