I have acquired my master's degree in social work at SCU, a postgraduate MBA in (managing and leading people) at SCU, and a bachelor's degree in human services at Otago University, NZ.

 I have over 15 years of specialization in biopsychosocial counselling, especially mental health, perpetrators, and Complex dual diagnosis.  I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, a highly educated and trained mental health professional providing evidence-based psychological support. 

 I also provide EAP counselling, and clinical supervision for complex case managers, Social Work students on placements, AMH social workers, youth workers, NDIS workers, and Probation and Parole Officers.  

I advocate for those who believe that changing oneself, is only possible when one believes in self-nurturing and growth and has the desire to make a difference away from the status quo.

I have spent years helping others to love and take care of themselves because my dad always says" If you have pulled yourself out of a bad situation, teach others how you did it, so they too, can pull themselves out of their own situation.
