I have acquired my master's degree in social work at SCU, a postgraduate MBA in (managing and leading people) at SCU, and a bachelor's degree in human services at Otago University, NZ.
I have over 15 years of specialization in biopsychosocial counselling, especially mental health, perpetrators, and Complex dual diagnosis. I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, a highly educated and trained mental health professional providing evidence-based psychological support.
I also provide EAP counselling, and clinical supervision for complex case managers, Social Work students on placements, AMH social workers, youth workers, NDIS workers, and Probation and Parole Officers.
I advocate for those who believe that changing oneself, is only possible when one believes in self-nurturing and growth and has the desire to make a difference away from the status quo.

“We cultivate care when we allow our most vulnerable and powerful selves to be deeply seen and known, and when we honor the spiritual connection that grows from that offering with trust, respect, kindness, and affection.
Caring is not something we give or get; it is something that we nurture and grow, a connection that can only be cultivated between people when it exists within each one of them – we can only love and care others as much as we love and care for ourselves.
This is the reason why I desire to help others take control of themselves; and their health, rebuild their purpose, and have a purpose in life. I have spent years helping others to love and take care of themselves because my dad always says" If you have pulled yourself out of a bad situation, teach others how you did it, so they too, can pull themselves out of their own situation.
