CEABA is an acronym and it means- that to make life changes, people must first master the art of understanding what triggers them to have negative Emotions, Attitudes, and Behavior and how they Act out in responding to issues affecting them. So, to help clients master their skills, I provide guidance and perspectives, so they are prepared.
The knowledge behind CEABA is influenced by understanding the functions of the brain, particularly the Limbic system and the functions of the amygdala, which has been shown to control our instantaneous emotional response to stimuli around us. CEABA also draws knowledge from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Bio-psycho-social theory, Psycho-social theory, Cognitive Behavioral Theory, and Social Justice and humanism. However, I also draw from a wide range of evidence-based knowledge, skills, and expertise. It is these theoretical ideas and knowledge that make my practice Proficient, Accountable, Effective, Practical, and Collaborative. My practice focuses on Domestic violence perpetrator counselling and mental health counselling, especially in EUPD, PTSD, Anxiety, Social phobia, Drug-induced psychosis, and many more. The primary focus is to provide evidence-based perspectives, and empirical and educational skills, so people can manage their psycho-social health effectively.
At Ceaba Health Service, I am dedicated to providing compassionate counselling services to individuals, couples, and groups struggling with mental health issues. My goal is to empower our clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.

I will provide you with all the tools you need to seize the day and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances. I take pride in celebrating your success together and we'll continue to maintain our relationship with you even after finishing our program for a month till you are ready to move on.
Clients will be nurtured as leaders in their own journeys. They will only be encouraged to find the courage within themselves to change the course of life by changing their perspectives about life. I help people not to follow the social queues of self-destructive lifestyles but rather make a change in life. I aim to provide the necessary skills to make an effective and life-changing decision. I provide skills so clients believe and empower themselves and move away from destructive journeys, a journey that would eventually ruin their lives.
A conscious mental reaction (such as anger or fear) is subjectively experienced as a strong feeling usually directed toward a specific object and typically accompanied by physiological and behavioural changes in the body. It is a state of feeling, the affective aspect of consciousness- feeling.
In psychology, an attitude refers to a set of emotions, beliefs, and behaviors toward a particular object, person, thing, or event. Attitudes are often the result of experience or upbringing. They can have a powerful influence over behavior and affect how people act in various situations.
Behavior is how someone acts. It is what a person does to make something happen, to make something change, or to keep things the same. Behavior is a response to things that are happening: internally - thoughts and feelings. externally - the environment, including other people.
In psychology, an action is a form of human goal-directed behaviour that appears to be intentional. In philosophy, action has developed into a sub-field called philosophy of action raising issues of interest to psychologists such as the nature of motivation, will and morality. In Social Psychology, a social action view emphasises social interdependence and interaction in personal control of health-endangering behaviour and proposes mechanisms by which environmental structures influence cognitive action schemas, self-goals, and problem-solving activities critical to sustained behaviour change
Procrastination is the act of putting off something until a later time. We procrastinate when we know what to do but put off doing it until later. This can lead to feelings of anxiety and guilt. It can also leave us feeling unproductive, lazy, and ineffectual. Stagnation, simply put, is the lack of growth and development. Even without a broad scale for measuring stagnation, there are signs to look for, such as the Lingering procrastination of your goals. Lack of enthusiasm to do anything. retreating into sleep, entertainment, and other mindless activities for comfort. Procrastination is a coping mechanism.
Mental ABERRATION
A mental aberration is a significant deviation from normal mental activity. In this sense, aberration is synonymous with mental derangement, mental illness, and psychopathy.
A deviation or irregularity. Again, aberration is synonymous with deflection, departure, divergence, diversion, and turning.
Cognitive dissonance is a mental conflict that occurs when your beliefs don't line up with your actions. It's an uncomfortable state of mind when someone has contradictory values, attitudes, or perspectives about the same thing. Cognitive dissonance can be caused by feeling forced to do something, learning new information, or when faced with a decision between two similar choices.
Cognitive dissonance describes the distressing mental state people often feel when they find themselves behaving in ways that don't fit with their self-image, or having opinions that do not fit with other opinions they hold.
